Exit Junction 30. Take 3rd exit at roundabout onto A379 Exeter/Marsh Barton for 3 miles.
At 3rd roundabout take last exit onto B3123 Marsh Barton/Bad Homburg Way.
At next rouindabout, exit 1st left (signed for Livestock Market).
