Bookings are welcome by e-mail at hysonfairs@gmail.com or by telephone, on 01647-231459.
Alternatively, you may print a copy of our booking form for the fair you wish to attend and email it to us

Booking Forms

Chagford Fleamarket

Held every Friday morning in the Jubilee Hall, Chagford.

Setting up is from 7.30am, with the first Trade buyers usually arriving about an hour later.
The market closes at 1pm.
A single stand is equipped with a table, approximately 6ft x 2ft 6ins, and is supplied with two chairs, and, if required, access to a lighting point, and costs £15.
A double stand has two such tables, and costs £24.

Chagford Garden Fair

Single Stand: 1 x table approx. 6ft. x 2ft. 6ins. – £30.
Larger stands by prior arrangement.
Held inside, at the Jubilee Hall. Each stand has access to a lighting point, and is supplied with two chairs.
Car parking adjacent to the venue, and refreshments available all day.
Setting up is from 7.30am, with the early trade buyers usually an hour later.
The Fair closes at 3pm.

Budleigh Salterton Garden Fair

The fair is held in Budleigh Salterton Public Hall.

Setting up is from 7.30am.
A single stand is equipped with a table, approx. 6ft. x 2ft. 6ins. and is supplied with chairs and if required access to a lighting point, the cost is £30.
There is free car parking.
Setting up is from 7.30am, with the early trade buyers usually an hour later.
The Fair closes at 3pm.

Topsham Garden Fair

The Topsham Garden Fair is held inside, in Matthews Hall.

Single Stand: 1 x table approx. 6ft. x 2ft. 6ins. – £30.
Larger stands by prior arrangement.
Each stand has access to a lighting point, and is supplied with two chairs.
Car parking adjacent to the venue.
Setting up is from 7.30am, with the early trade buyers usually an hour later.

Chagford Christmas Fair (for Charity)

A Charity Christmas Fair in aid of Bloodwise (formerly known as Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research ):

Single Stand: 8’x6′ space with 1 table approx. 6ft. x 2ft. 6ins – £27.
Double Stand: 16’x6′ space with 2 tables – £48.
Larger stands by prior arrangement.
Held inside, at the Jubilee Hall.
Each stand has access to a lighting point, and is supplied with two chairs.
Car parking adjacent to the venue.
Refreshments available all day.
Setting up is from 7.30am, with the early trade buyers usually an hour later.
