Standholder Information & Booking Forms

Hyson Fairs Ltd. hope that the following may be of use to those who may be considering standing at any of our fairs. Bookings are welcome by e-mail at shyson@freenetname.co.uk or by telephone, on 01647231459. Alternatively, you may print a copy of our booking form for the fair you wish to attend and fax it over to us on 01647 231659, or, of course, write to us at Wood Park Farm, Hittisleigh, Exeter, Devon, EX6 6LW. All of our fairs are extensively advertised in both national and local trade and public press, and we also actively leaflet country-wide in order to promote our events.

Christmas Fairs:

Chagford Christmas Fair ( in aid of Leukaemia Research ):
Single Stand: 1 x table approx. 6ft. x 2ft. 6ins. - £25. Double Stand: 2 x tables - £45. Larger stands by prior arrangement. Held inside, at the Jubilee Hall. Each stand has access to a lighting point, and is supplied with two chairs. Car parking adjacent to the venue, and refreshments available all day. Setting up is from 7.30am, with the early trade buyers usually an hour later. The Fair closes at 4pm.                                   Booking form: Chagford Christmas 10

Fleamarkets:

Chagford Friday Fleamarket:
Held every Friday morning in the Jubilee Hall, Chagford. Setting up is from 7.30am, with the first Trade buyers usually arriving about an hour later. The market closes at 1pm.
A single stand is equipped with a table, approximately 6ft x 2ft 6ins, and is supplied with two chairs, and, if required, access to a lighting point, and costs £11; a double stand has two such tables, and costs £22. Outside pitches are available at this event; they cost £9, but no tables or chairs are provided.  Booking form: Chagford Flea market 10

Budleigh Salterton:
Held every Thursday morning in the Public Hall. Setting up is from 7.30am. Market closes at 1pm. A single stand is equipped with a table, approx. 6ft. x 2ft. 6ins. and is supplied with chairs and if required access to a lighting point, the cost is £12. There is free car parking and refreshments are served all morning.  Booking form: Budleigh Salterton Flea market 10

Exeter Livestock Centre Flea Market:

The Exeter Livestock Centre  Flea Market is held on a Saturday,  Free carparking is available and refreshments are served all morning. The Market is open from 9:30am to 2 pm. Admission is £1. Booking form: Exeter Livestock Center Flea market 10

Specialist Fairs: Textile, Rag Market & Garden 

Textile:

HonitonTextile,Vintage,Costume&DecorativeAntiquesFair                                                                                                                                                             A single stand is equipped with a table, approx. 6ft x 2ft 6ins, and is supplied with 2 chairs and access to a lighting point, the cost is £40. There is car parking nearby. Free tea and coffee is supplied all day, but no other refreshments are available. There are numerous shops and cafes, etc., selling food adjacent to the hall. Setting up is from 7.30am and the Fair closes at 4 pm.                                                                           Booking form: Textile Fairs  10 

Rag Market:

Chagford Rag Market:                                                                                                                                                                                                                          Single Stand: 1 x table approx. 6ft. x 2ft. 6ins. - £40. Larger stands by prior arrangement.  Each stand has access to a lighting point, and is supplied with two chairs. The Chagford Rag Market is held in The Jubilee Hall, situated in the centre of this picturesque North Dartmoor village, adjacent to the car park. Booking form: Chagford Rag Market 10

Garden:

Chagford Garden Fair
